I love the cover for The Sand Prince! Going to have to check it out!
yes! It was the cover I got with my digital copy, but I don’t think it’s the main cover anymore which is sad. Wish we knew something about book 2!
I haven’t heard of any of these, but Every Ugly Word sounds really interesting. Thanks for the post.

Mind of the Phoenix! I love that book. Have you read the sequel? It’s so good, and I am really excited for the third book when it comes out.

Yes! The ending of book 2 had me exclaiming! I don’t know if I can take much more. (just kidding. Gimme book 3!)
Nice list! I enjoyed Cipher too.
Mind of the Phoenix sounds SO GOOD that I added it to my tbr – I’ll probably wait with reading it until the third book comes out, though. I’m so excited for Frozen Charlotte – hopefully, I’ll get around reading it this summer. The Casquette Girls and Every Ugly World sounds really great, as well.
Great lists!
Ooow read Frozen Charlotte in the winter. I read it when it was dark and stormy outside and it completely creeped me out. It also didn’t help that I had two china dolls in my room so I had to box them up. I can’t look at them now.
The other two are great summer reads though.
Mind of the Phoenix really was fantastic! And waiting for book 3 is a good idea, you’ll want to be picking that up right after two!
Oooooo I love the look of The Star Thief! Your review of Every Ugly Word makes me really want to read that too! I love a book that will make me cry, and I’m intrigued about the sci-fi aspects of it.
I loved Star Thief but I know Paein didn’t. I think you need some time to read it, cos it’s a slow build, but personally I think it’s definitely worth a read. also definitely read Every Ugly Word if you like contemporary YA with a twist. It was very cleverly done. Hope you enjoy!
Ms4Tune’s right. I didnt get far with Star Thief – the main character annoyed me too much, which was sad because it sounded fantastic! I hope you’re able to love it ( :
