Working in a wedding cake shop sucks when you’ve just been dumped.

Bailey Frost has a recipe for disaster: one cheating ex, one big glass of liquor, and three well-meaning male friends who think her lack of a sex life is funny. Before she knows it, she’s confessed that she’s never had an orgasm with a man.

Now Bailey has to navigate sappy couples at work, while her friends are hell-bent on helping her get revenge on evil Craig…by dressing up as werewolves, on YouTube.

And one of those friends – the tall, shy-but-gorgeous Linc – might just want to help Bailey with that other little problem…

I quite enjoyed this story. Basically her ex is a jerk and while she’s working though the fall out of his jerkish ways she realises one of her friends is hoping to be more than just her friend and to her surprise she’s pretty ok with that. (he sounds quite nice, I think I’d be ok with that too!)

It seems like they’re in their early twenties because they’re more mature teens but they’re also not quite fully adulted, but that might be because she’s living with 2 of her 3 best friends and they’re male – they tend to resist growing up so I can imagine living with a few of them would make you seem younger too. I’m not sure if she’s a baker or a cake designer because she had the kitchen for baking, but she was designing a cake…both is possible I suppose.

Linc seems to be embarking on a youtube career with one of her house mates and the other seems to be a trainee doctor. I also got the feeling this was set in England – I can’t remember if it actually mentioned it or not because I was reading some of this one the go, but I’m pretty sure they visit a pub! Because the only place they are is in Britain…

Linc was adorable and awkward and thoughtful. Though, he saw his opportunity and he seized the moment which was fantastic too. I also like that even though she was still hurting, Bailey saw the possibilities and seized the moment too. And it was a pretty heated moment too!

While this is classed as a book 1, there don’t seem to be any other books to go with it. I was hoping to check in on Linc and Bailey because I found them to be pretty cute but never mind.
