I’m super excited to tell you about… The Regal Critiques Spooky October Postings.
You may or may not know that Paein and I were asked to participate in The Regal Critiques Spooky October, a collection of Halloween Posts supplied by 13 different bloggers. These were posted throughout the month of October and today is the last day and they have a really awesome post called The R.I.P It or Ship It Book Tag- With a Twist! I really enjoyed reading this today so if you have time pop over and have a read of it yourself.
Obviously if you enjoy that please check out the other contributions! Specifically ours (obviously).
Here’s the link to my post: 5 Must Read Supernatural Mysteries, Perfect for Halloween
and here’s the link for Paein’s post: Make It Monday: Spooky Snacks
Again we’d like to thank Veronika and Ruzaika for hosting this great event.
THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: What’s your favorite horror novel (if you read that genre)?
I’m not the biggest Horror fan. I’m a bit of a wimp actually. I think the closest I’ve got to Horror is the Point Horror variety – (if you can remember them from the 90s and 00s).
But if I were to choose one book that scared me … I would say Frozen Charlotte by Alex Bell.
It may have been a YA book but the idea of this terrifying dolls, the atmosphere that Alex Bell created and the story as a whole just chilled me too the bone and I seriously considered sleeping with the lights on…. you know, just in case.
How about you? Can you read Horror books? What’s your favourite?
