River Song knows the situation.
This is an UN-BOXING post.

We like stuff.
We LOVE book stuff like BOOK BOXES!
Join us on Sundays where we’re just bursting with excitement as we show off our new book stuff!
Please link back to our blog if you too are a lover of showing off stuff on Sundays.
Thank you!

My Bookish Crate is a monthly UK based book subscription box. Each box contains A newly released book and between 3 and 6 bookish things. Unfortunately, they recently informed us that due to opportunities in their jobs they will be unable to continue with this venture and the March box will be the last. It hasn’t yet gone on sale, at the time of writing this post, so if you want to nab one keep an eye out, there will be a limited amount! They plan to ship them in April as they wanted to include an April release book and the theme is yet to be released!
I’m sad that another book box is stopping, but I understand that lives change.
We have 3 more unboxings before the end however, including this one!

My thoughts:

I loved this box. I’m completely in love with the Beauty and the Beast mug! Look at it! (No tea will be drunk from this mug for fear of stains…):

I just love that quote and I can’t fully explain why! Maybe because it’s the end of the intro and the start of the story? The way it’s delivered?

I also loved the baby Newt Scamander pop funko. So adorable! And of course, the candle! ! Now I just need to read the book that it belongs with…

I’ve seen Roseblood around but as I didn’t enjoy Splintered as much as I’d hoped I hadn’t really made note of it. But as it’s a Phantom of the Opera retelling I may have better luck with that as I’m not as big a fan of the original as I am with Alice in Wonderland. I’m quite looking forward to reading it now.

After photographing everything I wasted no time at all in colouring in some of the pages! I really wanted to colour in the violin for some reason. I wasn’t sure about the paper texture, but I used my own pencils and it worked out quite well.

Another fantastic box from My Bookish Crate. I look forward to what they deliver next!
