1 Rosemarked
by Livia Blackburne
I’ve seen this book around and it looks pretty but I didn’t realise I owned and had read a book by the author. This means I know I like her writing style and her world building and that I’d like her newest book, please Santa!
2 Renegades
by Marissa Meyer
Marissa Meyer is an auto-buy author, but I’ve fallen a bit behind. Partially because Wires and Nerve was so expensive when it came out and also because I’m out of the habit of buying new books thanks to book boxes, so I don’t have it and I would like it!
3 Apex
by Mercedes Lackey
This is book 3 in a series. I haven’t read book 2 yet, but I read book 1 and I loved it! Bonus is I got a friend hooked on this series too! I kind of want to collect the series before I read it (again) so that I have the next one ready and oh, look! This is the next one I need…
4 The Fire Queen
by Emily R. King
I read the first book in this series back in May and I look forward to reading the sequel. It will be a trilogy so I’m sort of waiting for the last one to come out before I continue, but I wouldn’t say no Santa!
5 Shadowblack
by Sebastien de Castell
I really enjoyed the first two of his Great Coats series and I own the last two as well, but I never finished the series. I think I was waiting for book four and I just never really started again…Anyway, I know I like his writing so I bought Spellslinger as soon as I heard it was out. I really should read the three of his books I own but haven’t read yet before I buy any more, but receiving them as gifts is totally acceptable…

6 Warcross
by Marie Lu
I’ve wanted this ever since I saw it appear on Goodreads and all rave reviews have made my longing stronger! I hope I get this, if not I hope I get some money so I can buy this in the new year!
7 Long Way Home
by Katie McGarry
I really enjoyed the first two books of this series and I really want to read this next instalment. Come on Santa… help a girl out…
8 Retribution Rails
by Erin Bowman
Another series I really enjoyed and can’t wait to get back into.
9 Night of Cake and Puppets
by Laini Taylor
And again another series continuation… and I’ve actually already read this one, but I want it in hardback to go with my collection.
10 The Rules of Magic
by Alice Hoffman
Ok, so this is another sequel but I haven’t actually read the first book. All I know is I loved the film (Practical Magic) and anything about the Owens Family has to be a winner. Ooow its actually about the Aunts… even better. A prequel!!!
Oh you guys have put together a great list! I really want to read Renegades too! I am always hot or cold on her books, so I’m worried I won’t love it, so I haven’t bought it… but I hear it’s so good!
I have A Night Of Cake and Puppets, looking forward to reading it next year!

RETRIBUTION RAILS is on my list today too, although it’s a cheat because I already bought it and read it. Ha! It’s good, a great companion book to VENGEANCE ROAD. It’s a great series — glad I’m not the only fan out there
Happy TTT!
