Review: Candy Cane Chocolate Swirl Fudge.

A really simple fudge recipe that is absolutely amazing! The pinterest link leads to this website:

I doubled the recipe as I intended to distribute it rather widely, but put it in the tin I use for brownies. I found it hard to cut it, though I was trying straight from the fridge, I think the main issue was the bits of candy cane! this is half:


It’s gluten free too! (As long as you select the correct chocolates)

The only change I made was I doubled the amount of peppermint flavouring because I wasn’t sure it was enough. It made it absolutely perfect. So moreish people were heading out of their way back to the tin for more an we got through an entire half in one afternoon!

The pan I used was perhaps not big enough for the quantity, because it was actually very thick, but this actually worked quite well!


I will certainly be making this again!
