Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish that other bloggers are welcome to join in, to create Top Ten lists on varying topics. This week it’s My Ten Favourite Top Ten Topics We’ve Ever Done In The Past 5 Years
Well, our choices are limited, we haven’t been participating for 5 years!!
10th February 2015
I liked this one because being asked to put into words what I like and dislike about romances helped me to understand it myself. I’ve read a few love triangle books since this post, for example and how I deal with them is decide who I’m cheering for and then I just ignore the other character. To the point where I will just skim their parts, they aren’t relevant to my story, go away. And Paladin (Review up Friday 26th June) DOESN’T have a split at the end of book 1. I’m so excited for book 2 already!
9th September 2014
I liked this one because I got to bring attention to some books I thought needed attention and got to explain why others really disappointed me. I could probably do with re reading them but I’m almost scared to, in case I end up hating them all over again.
14th October 2014
I liked this one because it helped me focus on the places I really want to visit. (obviously the fictional ones are out). Deep South, Scottish Highlands and Greece are all now in my future travel plans, along with Japan (again) and Canada! I better start saving…
4th November 2014
I liked this one because it was a shameless chance to tell everyone what books where on my mind! I still want to read The Coldest Girl in Cold Town so badly it’s crazy. I’ve snuck a book into my reading schedule this week and I might just sneak this one in too. I really don’t think I can wait till next year to read it again.
28th October 2014
I love this one because I filled it with a whole load of my favourite characters. I’d still love to be any of these women, but I couldn’t say that my list would be the same were I to make it again this halloween…
8th July 2014
Apparently, according to our tags this is the oldest Top Ten Tuesday we have. I really loved reading everyone else’s book confessions. It was great to get to know everyone else out there and how we all have those odd book habits.
22nd July 2014
This was a great post as Paein and I chose characters with similar survival skills and pitted them against each other. It was really fun and I think we chose some great characters. Hunger Games was huge at the time so it was really hard not to just choose all of the competitors.
11th November 2014
I think we all have those characters that we loved but they weren’t the main focus of the book. So this was an great chance to consider all those characters and what could be.
24th March 2015
It was awesome to revisit some of the books that I loved as a child. Every book has a memory attached to it. Who recommend it/ gave it to me, where, when and how I felt at the time. Its nice to have the opportunity to remember.
7th April 2015
Whether there was a series or not there are just some characters that we will just never get enough of.
