The Wolves of Willoughby Chase
by Joan Aiken

I bought this along with the dvd of the ITV 1989 production of it. I used to watch this when I was little with my Gran (she only owned this, Fantasia and Snow White – so we basically watched them on rotation). I’m going through a nostalgic moment I think. I don’t even know if I’m going to like it now that I’m grown up but oh well.

Salt to the Sea

I loved the excerpt I read thanks to Penguin so I thought I’d buy the book.

Rebel of the Sands
by Alwyn Hamilton

Another of the samples I got from Penguin. And Paein has high praise for it so I couldn’t help but buy it.

The Sleeping Prince
by Melinda Salisbury

I had to have book two of this series because I loved book one, The Sin Eater’s Daughter so much. Fingers crossed this one is just as amazing.

Again another Penguin sample. They have some great books coming out this year.

Not really sure why I bought this. It just sounded interesting.

Assassin’s Heart

I’ve been intrigued by this one for a while, I hope its as good as it sounds.

I’ve also received quite a few ARCs which I’m hoping to get read soon but I’m most excited about the new Gelineau and King book! Skinshaper! Literally can’t wait to get stuck into this one!
